Jessica Skinner
Freelance writer, amateur photographer and life enthusiast. I grew up in New Paltz, New York, a small town in the epically beautiful Hudson Valley. After 25 years of dark, cold winters, I took a cue from the birds and migrated south to sunny Austin. Prior to relocation I based my perception of the south strongly on, “My Cousin Vinny.”
After two years in Austin, I currently reside on the east end. I sling coffees to pay rent and keep it crafty with creative endeavors, cultural explorations and locally budding projects such as Cuentame Magazine.
My (possibly defunct) blog.
My flickr.
I’m currently obsessed with Patrick Winfield’s Polaroid composites, woodland homes, ivy on brick, and my growing record collection.
